I am an artificial intelligence researcher working in Seddi Labs , in projects related with material capture and reproduction, perceptual modelling and image generation problems. My main research interests are focused on the interplay between computer vision and deep learning, including generative adversarial networks, self-supervised learning and exploiting convolutional neural networks’ latent spaces for modelling human visual perception. I am also doing an industrial PhD, under the supervision of Elena Garcés.

Additionally, I sporadically work on other research projects for which machine learning is useful. Those projects include machine learning for smart tourism applications or predicting human obesity and ageing using DNA data.
